Business Management Workshop sponsored by Caterpillar Inc.

Contractors came from Syracuse, NY to Dallas, TX to participate in Landscape Management Network’s Business Management Workshop on July 22 and July 23. 

Starting with a budget and working their way through company planning, pricing work, engaging their employees and systems for productivity, contractors are leaving with a new sense of how to actually use their numbers to manage stronger, more sustainable, more profitable businesses.

Caterpillar Inc was a fantastic host and took care of the food, drinks and incredible facilities.  Thanks for the plant tour and the opportunity for these ‘beancounters’ to get their hands on some iron! 

A great time had by all. We thank everyone for coming and to look forward to building on the relationships that we started.
